My name is Julie and I am the owner of Total FIRPTA. I’m reaching out to introduce our specialized services designed to simplify your document preparation process. At TOTAL FIRPTA, we offer two distinct options to meet your needs: Doc Prep and Doc Prep Plus
Each service is tailored to provide different levels of support and convenience, ensuring you get the precise assistance you require. Let me explain how each service works and how it can benefit you.
Doc Prep
($300 base price): This service includes the preparation of the necessary forms with accuracy and expertise. However, it does not extend beyond document preparation. If additional assistance is required after closing, further fees may apply.
Doc Prep Plus
($500 base price): This option includes everything in Doc Prep, plus: A video call for identity confirmation. Use of our mailing address to receive the IRS validated receipt. One follow-up call to the IRS for any processing errors.
For our direct clients, engaging us as their accountant automatically includes the Doc Prep Plus option.
